Peer Support and Individual Skill DevelopmentIndividual Skills Development and Peer Support are conducted through Cornucopia as a part of Dane County's Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program. To qualify for the program, one must qualify for Medicaid. To get started, call Dane County's CCS intake worker at 608-242-6415 and ask for Cornucopia as your Service Provider!
